I am a local personal trainer and I have years of experience in the fitness industry. I have been teaching exercise classes since 2013, and I have been a level 3 qualified personal trainer since 2015. I like to use different equipment including resistance machines, Vipr, TRX, kettle bells, dumbells, and medicine balls. I make each plan personalised to my clients needs, abilities and goals. I motivate my clients and keep things fun. I am a fun loving person who is like Tigger.
