Stumble is a platform for all fitness professionals! Personal trainers, instructors, coaches, gyms, health clubs and leisure centres all looking to build a reliable source for new clients. You name it, we'll support it.
Simply submit your insurance details in app or online and one of the teams will manually verify your profile, allowing potential customers to place greater trust in your services. We recommend doing this to increase the likelihood of getting more clients.
Unfortunately, Stumble does not offer refunds to professionals, as soon as you’ve created your profile we’re providing you with an instant service/product for the public to see.
If a client cancels within 48 hours of their booking you’ll be compensated with full session payment as this is against our policy! If they cancel prior to the 48 hour deadline they’ll be given a full refund.

There is no guarantee of client bookings from Stumble, we’re making your services more accessible for potential clients in the area. The quality of your profile images, text and communication with customers will hugely increase your chances of being booked. Stumble continue to grow every day and the number of visitors are multiplying!
Yes, Stumble applies a processing fee of 7.6% on PT & 10% on Class transactions. Stripe also applies a fee of 2.4% on all transactions. So in effect, you’ll only pay additional fees if you’re getting booked! And these fees are marginal compared to advertising and mentorship costs of other businesses.
